Terms & Conditions

1. Services Revena Media provides the following services as part of your monthly subscription:

• Custom website design, development and hosting

• AI-powered live chat (captures and qualifies leads 24/7)

• Contact form setup with email routing (all enquiries delivered directly to your inbox)

• Unlimited customisation and change requests

• Monthly maintenance and updates

• Basic SEO setup and optimisation

• Google Business profile setup and optimisation

2. Billing Services are billed monthly via Stripe. Payment is automatically charged to your card on the same date each month. All prices are in AUD.

3. Minimum Term A minimum term of 2 months applies to all subscriptions. Cancellations requested before 2 months will still be charged for the remainder of the minimum term.

4. Cancellation After the minimum term, 30 days written notice is required to cancel. Notice must be sent via email to rylanrevenamedia@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the next billing cycle.

5. Refunds No refunds are issued for completed work or partial months of service.

6. Website Ownership Revena Media retains ownership of all website files and assets until all outstanding payments are settled. Upon cancellation and final payment, full ownership transfers to the client.

7. Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, logos, photos, and domain access in a timely manner.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
